One of my concerns is to get an explanation because it does not make sense to me why he should move a portal from a dedicated authority to the National Treasury. If his amendment is passed, then mine falls. So, I would love to know why we would move the portal from an authority that has dedicated technical skills to the National Treasury. That is what he can explain."
