    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I concur with the Chair, especially on (lb), because we have realised that even though we have procurement officers in the county, we still have a lot of anomalies. They do not follow the required rules and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act. There is a lot of misappropriation of funds and they are not following the correct procedures of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act. Something has to be done to make sure that the national Government builds capacity of the procurement officers in the counties."
