    "content": " My proposal is basically to delete what would have been (lc) of the proposed amendments by the Chair, but all I needed to find out was why we are moving the portal from the Authority to the National Treasury. I do not have any first hand feeling on this. If I get a good explanation why we are moving the portal from the Authority to the National Treasury, I am willing to withdraw my amendments. This is a dedicate body that deals with procurement."
