Millie Odhiambo because ordinarily, it is impossible to evaluate thousands of tender documents within seven days unless the initiator of the amendments had other intentions altogether in contract fixing. I am even apprehensive that 14 days is not possible, but we can go with it so that we push the procurement entity to hastily evaluate and inform the participants."
