    "content": " I think this one is supposed to work because it is for the Deputy Speaker. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. First and foremost, I wish fellow Muslims in the country and across the globe Ramadhan Kareem. It is a blessed month. Therefore, I want to share this day and month with fellow Kenyans; fellow Muslims. This Petition is quite in order. It talks about people with disabilities, especially children. The contention is that the Kibos Sugar Factory has asked for relocation of the school which has children with disabilities. I think the sugar factory is quite in order that the school and the factory should not be located in the same area. We are talking about children with visual impairment. Therefore, the sugar factory being close to the school will add another issue of making them deaf in the near future."
