    "content": " Okay, the one on the Order Paper. So, I rise to ask Question No.025/2019. It is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Education: (i) Following the declaration of the Ministry of 26th April 2019, precluding students with KCSE grade D+ and below from admission in teacher training colleges, will the Ministry refund fees and other expenses incurred by the affected students? (ii) Could the Ministry consider formulating a harmonised policy on teacher training to ensure that such incidences do not recur in the future?"
