(i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that long distance bus drivers in the North Eastern Region of Kenya work for long hours without rest, hence endangering passengers and leading to accidents? (ii) What action is the Ministry taking to curb this practice in order to control the occurrence of accidents? Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
