Deputy Speaker, I do not want to take you back, but if you look at Order No.10, the County Governments’ Retirement Scheme Bill (National Assembly Bill, No.29 of 2019), a similar Bill has been passed by this House. It is in the Senate and we are waiting for it. In fact, the Senate is supposed to do the Committee of the whole House. So, I am wondering why a similar Bill can just come back."
