"content": "Actually, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Chairman should not talk about Parliament or county assemblies. Talk about State officers or leave it. After all, there is no MP who can be on this commission. Either you leave it or say State officers cannot be in this commission. I am against the culture which has taken root and is supported by this Parliament by passing legislation where we criminalise MPs. That is what I do not want. We have put it in law that if you have been an MP, once you leave, you have to be out there for over five years before you can be a member of the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA). Why?
