    "content": "On the issue of qualifications, it is indeed important that in this era we have people with a minimum qualification of a university degree. The education system in the country has been liberalised and, therefore, anybody can find time to study. So long you have time and you are committed, you can study for your first degree, master’s degree and proceed to do PhD. You can do as many PhDs as possible. It is not a tall order. Qualification of a degree certificate is important. Let it be there. We know very well that we put qualifications for people vying for various seats. So, we do not want to wait until the last minute. We should revisit that. Many members of county assemblies and Members of Parliament have gone to school.
