    "content": "This Bill seeks to amend Section 17 of the parent Act on matters to do with procedures of appointment of commissioners and qualifications for appointment. It also seeks to extend the term of office from three to six years. As alluded to by the Leader of the Majority Party, I think we will have to interrogate this issue of extension of term from three years to six years because we need to understand the basis of that extension."
