    "content": "On the issue of hate speech, we will work very closely with the new commission that will be put in place. You can now see it is more than nine months without having the commission. This will not be the last amendment. This is just an amendment to bring the commission in place. There will be other amendments. Even the Senate is doing an overhaul of that amendment.
