    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to second the Motion as moved by my able Chairman. From the outset, I would like to recognise the importance of the National Assembly in carrying out its role of oversight of not just the expenditures, but also the revenues of the Government of Kenya as outlined under Article 95(4) of the Constitution. This role is further given to PAC through our Standing Order No.205.
