    "content": "However, Standing Order No.11(1) says that the Leader of Government Business shall be appointed in accordance with Standing Order No.2, which you communicated. My interest is on paragraph 2 of Standing Order No.11, which says as follows:- “11.(2). At the commencement of every Session, or from time to time as necessity may arise, the Leader of Government Business, with the approval of the Government, shall nominate two Members (being Ministers) who shall be known respectively as the First and Second Deputy Leader of Government Business”."
