    "content": " If we are talking about a contract of Kshs20 billion and then we say that you must provide a bond of kshs20 billion, it is not realistic. We should have a percentage. Currently, the law says that you do a performance bond of 10 per cent of the contract amount. The law also says that you give advance payment guarantee of 20 per cent. I am just pleading with the Chairman to consider giving a more realistic figure like a percentage of 50 per cent of the contract amount."
