(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary state how many university and colleges graduates with degrees, diplomas and certificates have secured internship opportunities in the public service since the enactment of the National Employment Authority Act, No.3 of 2016? (ii) What measures is the Ministry putting in place to facilitate Kenyans in securing internship and attachment opportunities in public service?
