Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to ask the following Question to the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government: (i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware of increased incidents of insecurity in Matungu Constituency of Kakamega County in the last few months where more than twelve (12) people have been killed including two students? (ii) What measures is the Ministry putting in place to end these killings and improve security in Matungu Constituency? (iii) Is the Cabinet Secretary further aware that Harambee police station in Matungu Constituency does not have a patrol vehicle to transport officers to areas of duty and emergency and that a number of police officers have served in the same station for more than seven years?
