    "content": "So, whereas I put my voice in complimenting the other side for bringing this legislation, I think we need to agree. Leader of the Majority Party, this is a discussion from the heart of Members. We are tired of complaining about Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bills and fighting in this Chamber just because a lot of things come here and surprise us. They have not gone for public participation. If officers from the ministries will bring these pieces of legislation, then let us have a law that will guide them on what can be provided through a Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bills and how far a Statute can be amended through such Bills. This is so that it gives us more time to do the work which we are here for. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
