    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, the names are balanced. They represent the face of Kenya. I am happy because we can see that the names are represented well across the country. Whereas we are approving the nominees, do we have the money for Embakasi South Constituency, so that the members of the committee can start working after we approve them today? We do not have it. Let the NG-CDF Board give Members their money on time. As we talk now, most of the constituencies have received 50 per cent of the NG-CDF and we just have one month to the end of the year. What will be the absorption capacity of the constituencies when it comes to the end of the year?"
