If you look at the current Constitution, lawyers have given themselves a lot of work in many commissions and so this is another opportunity for another lawyer to try and create work for themselves. A chair can be from any profession. You do not have to have knowledge in law because you have expertise within the institution that should be able to guide the chair in this particular area."
