    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, because I feel I also bring the voice of the other gender as we speak, which is good. I stand to strongly oppose this as a Member of the Committee. As we look at the mandate of the Commission, I would like to advise Hon. Anthony Oluoch to see that the kind of knowledge and experience that we would need would really be of public relations, human relations, peace and security and, how to get people to cohere. That is really not the purview and mandate of lawyers. So I oppose. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
