Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Bill proposes to amendment the Districts and Provinces Act in order to empower the Cabinet Secretaries to make regulations to give effect to the provisions of the Act and to clear some of the ambiguities currently existing in this Act. Why we are bringing this is that we have a number of areas in our country where we have disputes with even our neighbouring countries.
