    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. The Leader of the Majority Party has ably moved this Bill. Mine is just to second and make few comments on it. As rightly said by the Leader of the Majority Party, the Bill seeks to make various wide ranging amendments to various Statutes. Various Departmental Committees reviewed the Bills and Statutes. I just want to mention that the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs had seven Statutes to amend, the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security had three, Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning had three, Departmental Committee on Sports, Tourism and Culture one, Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing one Statute, Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources one.
