    "content": "Muindi Mbingu is a historical leader in this country, an independence leader. We do appreciate that he is gone into the annals of history as one of the persons who really agitated and fought the ―White men‖, who were suppressing this country from attaining Independence. It is on record that he is the man who marched the Kamba community to Nairobi all the way from Machakos to fight against imposed acts by the colonial governors. Eventually, to recognize Muindi Mbingu‘s effort, we do have a road in Nairobi known as Mundi Mbingu Street, which really optimizes the Kamba leadership in the history of Kenya."
