    "content": "We were in Mwingi District Hospital which has well-trained personnel. However, if you look at the infrastructure where the staff work, you will realise that the hospital is wanting. This is the picture all over. The location of the mortuary in this hospital is right in the midst of the wards and yet this is where the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs comes from. So, whenever Kenyans go to remove the bodies of their loved ones, they must walk through the wards carrying coffins. We want to address this. Unless we do that by giving sufficient allocation, it is not possible for the Ministry to achieve the Vision 2030 that we are yearning for."
