    "content": "I think it is about time - and we have asked for this before and continue to ask - that we have a Committee or the leadership to look into the issue of the existence of this House. The House and devolution are under attack, but what are we doing? Is what we are doing enough? I know that this is a House of debate, but we cannot just be talking over the same thing and expect any different results. This House had better look at itself in the mirror and decide what we want to do and how differently we must do it for us to get different results."
