    "content": "THAT, efforts to resolve the matter through the Ministry of Education have been futile. THAT, the matter raised in this Petition is not pending before any Court of Law or the constitutional body; and, THEREFORE, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Education and Research: (i) Recommends that the Ministry of Education reconsiders its policy on book distribution that allows for direct delivery of text books to schools and ensures that micro, small and medium enterprises access opportunities for Government procurement and supply of text books in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act. And your Petitioners will forever pray."
