"content": " Exactly! Actually, the Constitution says the approval of Parliament for any spending under Article 223 shall be sought within two months after the first withdrawal. The withdrawal may be continuous covering, say, three months, but two months after the time of the first withdrawal, the Treasury should seek the approval of Parliament. So, we will start calculating from today. If there is expenditure dating beyond 10th March, it is unconstitutional."
