After looking at this Supplementary Budget, the end result will be the Supplementary Appropriation Bill. I want to indulge Hon. Mbadi and Hon. Ichung’wah that just because the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury has misbehaved, we should not allow the House to misbehave. I want you to start with the Supplementary Budget because it is not big. By the time we come back from recess on 4th June 2019, you will table the report of the Supplementary Budget. Maybe, there could be money for the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) and the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF)."
