    "content": "When we start discussing about the shipping line and the amount of shares somebody will get, I cannot see where that is coming from this. This is in furtherance of public interest and Government policy, and it will be put in the Gazette . We can discuss and deliberate on the wording. If we will put it in the Government Gazette, it means that it is something that the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kenya and the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) must have carefully looked at. Members can discuss some few amendments to make this amendment better in terms of wording."
