"content": "the ‗super‘ Senator, I want him to understand the dynamics in those areas. Those people will never get justice from the county assembly because they, probably, do not have a Member of the County Assembly in the assembly. At the end of the day, nobody will take their issue to the next level. Therefore, they have every right to Petition this House. This House is impartial and it has representatives from 47 counties and nominated Senators who take care of special interests. The inequality within the counties is the reason as to why this House passed the County Wards Development Equalisation Fund Bill. So, they cannot find justice within county assemblies. I want the ‗super‘ Senator to understand that issue."
