    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, education is fundamental, and if we are not talking about it, what else are we talking about? We need a Committee of the Whole for us to be taken through what this CBC is all about and why they want us to move to it. Do we have the resources, as a country, to move at the pace of each learner, because you must assess everybody‘s competence as they start? What are the merits or demerits of outcome-based curriculum? Thereafter, we can then make a reasoned decision. However, let us leave the sideshows of Hon. Session, KNUT and KUPPET. Those ones do not matter; they will not hold and have no bearing on eternity and on the future of our children."
