    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, Article 47 of the Constitution states that: ―Every person has the right to administrative action that is expeditious, efficient, lawful, reasonable and procedurally fair.‖ What I have heard from the nominated Senator is that the TSC has proceeded to interdict teachers even before the period provided to respond to the ―show cause‖ letters had elapsed.
