    "content": "shock of each one of us, we found that a school called Lelit has only 13 gadgets against 30 pupils in Standard Two and only one teacher is digitally literate. Of the 13 computers, only six were working. It took 30 minutes for each and every computer to come into operation. Therefore, it is a waste of Government money. We were told that around Kshs30 billion has been injected into the production and assembly. However, there is nothing going on in the implementation and training of teachers. As a committee, we shall make sure that the policy that was rushed, which takes a lot of taxpayers‘ money, is checked."
