    "content": "Pursuant to Article 81 of the Constitution, both the national and county governments observe the principle of equality, and empowers the female gender by increasing the appointive position to at least 50 per cent. From the onset, I am greatly honoured to move this Motion that speaks to the realization of policy framework to realize gender equality in this country. The terms of this Motion are very familiar to many of us in this Parliament and the previous one."
