    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, it is clearly the case worldwide that women and children are among the world‘s poor. We must bring this to a stop and endeavour to ensure that we are not subjecting women to poverty. We should strive to give them a chance to make it and to be empowered. I always say that empowering a woman is synonymous to empowering a whole community, society and nation. I am saying this because I know, for sure, that an empowered woman will ensure that her family stands, that the children are going to school and that she is adding value to this nation in terms of political, social and economic stability."
