    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I heard Sen. Pareno and the Mover of the Motion citing the case of Rwanda, where women have been empowered economically. In terms of political representation, they are 61.2 per cent. As a country, we can benchmark and borrow a leaf from what is happening there. We should look for mechanisms of ensuring that representation by women in Parliament is high. That is doable. If it is happening in Rwanda, it also can happen in Kenya."
