    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries received a Petition on the plight of coffee, tea and macadamia nuts farmers in Kenya. We considered the Petition and realized that there is a lot that requires to be done to improve these crops. The Senate is also considering the Tea Bill (Senate Bills No. 36 of 2018) which is addressing some of the issues that were raised."
