    "content": "The first pipeline of the KPC was constructed in 1978. That pipeline did very well and there were no leakages or damages caused to the environment since then. It is very surprising to learn that the pipeline which was constructed just a few years ago is leaking. This shows that there is lack of quality assurance, which is very important in pipeline construction. It appears there was some laxity on the part of the implementers of that project."
