However, in two weeks‟ time, you will find them up and running again after they have gone to see certain people. It is a serious issue, if you look at what is going on in Nairobi, Narok and many other counties. Mr. Speaker, Sir, if you can really impress upon that Committee to summon NEMA, the KPC and all of these other agencies because we are tired of it. Our children are now getting sick in Nairobi and many other areas because of the degradation from the effluent which is discharged to our rivers."
