    "content": "The fact of the matter is that they admitted these students to join those teacher training colleges with a grade of D+. The students did not just wake up and go to school. The parents have to look for money to put the children in school. The students are supposed to be in those teacher training colleges for about one year, however, the Ministry has annulled their admission. As the process continues, I request the Committee on Education to carry out a very thorough job on this issue. They cannot wake up in the morning, say one thing and then tomorrow morning come up with a completely new policy."
