    "content": "This country is becoming theatrical. Today, a Cabinet Secretary is appointed and then he comes out and says, from today, everybody should go home. Where do they go? They will start knocking on your doors and we will not stop them from doing so. They will walk into your house and take away all the money that you are making. They are making misguided policies. I hope this House will stand firm and ensure that those students go back to college. Even if they are to refund them their money, the interest should be calculated on a daily basis for all those days they were in those colleges and then maybe, they can fly out of the country and get a future, like I have today. This is a personal matter and the people who are targeted are pastoralists. We will not allow this to happen."
