    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to the provisions of Article 113(2) of the Constitution and Standing Order No.161(3) of the Senate Standing Orders, I beg to move- THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Mediation Committee on the Warehouse Receipt System Bill (Senate Bills No.10 of 2017) laid on the Table of the Senate on Tuesday, 14th May, 2019 and pursuant to Article 113 of the Constitution and Standing Order 161(3) of the Senate Standing Orders, approves the mediated version of the Bill. This Senate Bill was drafted and published in 2017. The Bill was considered by this House and sent to the National Assembly for concurrence, pursuant to Standing Order No.156 of our Standing Orders."
