Why should I become a prefect of some sort to put myself in every Committee; to go and sit there because I suffer some level of inferiority complex and believe that if it is not me, it cannot be anybody else? We must agree in this House that this is a process that involves every Senator. Everybody must get that experience. Madam Temporary Speaker, if it is your Committee on Education, Information, Communication and Technology, you and other Members of the Committee should sit there. That expertise must be built in each one of us because we are building leadership and expertise for people to serve in other places of this Republic."
