    "content": "With the Ruaraka land saga, I wondered whether we thought about leaving a legacy at that time. Does it mean that at that time the citizens did not deserve some good service that we should be proud of tomorrow? Are we proud of this House having left some record that shows that people voted against recommendations of a Committee that indicted CSs in this Republic? Is that the legacy that we should have left at that particular time? I think we should be serious. It is either legacy or no legacy. We should not talk about legacy only when it suits us, or when we think it is the time to say we are leaving a legacy. If you have to leave a legacy, you have to do it all through."
