    "content": "We all represent different counties and know what is happening there; the different challenges faced by our governors and their executive committees. Most of the time, some of these counties are not even able to pay their staff. My honourable colleagues have already mentioned the struggles that some of our counties go through. The Senate is mandated to protect the interests of counties and their governments. That is why I support this Motion and give my views on different areas."
