Dullo‟s Statement, we spoke about this and debated about some of the counties that have been marginalised, where the students have been denied learning opportunity. I was not able to give my input on that. However, we know very well that most of the people who come from those areas have been marginalised and denied the opportunity for education and many other things. Now that God has put us in leadership, we are here to speak for the rights of the people, so that they can also be given equal opportunity."
