    "content": "It is important for record purposes that it be known that these counties have Senators. Therefore, it will be important when we visit those counties to have the area Senator with us. Even before we go to the counties we can sit here in Nairobi and they can tell us whether or not their counties have offices. That way, we will have reduced time and resources. For example, we can hear what Sen. Seneta would say about Kajiado County. She even says that they do not have offices for revenue collection. If they do not have offices to collect revenue, your guess is as good as mine; that county will grind to a halt for lacking monies to operate."
