    "content": "I have said here before and I am glad now that it seems the whole House agrees that we should not turn our criminal justice system to be a mob justice kind of institution. It should be an example about the rule of law. It should not be an entity for pleasing the powers that be or political sides. It should not be an opportunity for you to arrest someone from NASA, and then you arrest one from Jubilee to look like---- We are doing what Ocampo tried to do with the post-election violence of 2007/2008. I said and I insist on the Floor of this House, that it must be that the evidence will lead you to the suspect. It must be well-collected evidence."
