    "content": "It is not right for the police to say that they will arrest you, lock you up, conduct investigations, and if they think they have not found any grounds to charge you, then they release you. That is not the way it should be. The police should only arrest a Kenyan after they have conducted investigations and there are grounds to sustain a criminal charge in a court of law. If we allow these kinds of abuses by the police, then we cannot say we are a democratic state. We are under the tyranny of the police if this can happen."
